Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of Baby Tracking by parents, guardians and other authorized caregivers.

Baby Tracking is an app and website operated by Walking LLC, a company incorporated in Virginia (United States). Contact: [email protected]. By creating an account or using Baby Tracking you accept these terms. The app enables adult caregivers to record and review everyday information for one or more babies.
2. Not a medical service
Baby Tracking organizes user-entered information and may display general references. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice and must not be used for emergencies. Contact a healthcare professional or emergency service if you are concerned about a baby's health.
3. Account and user responsibility
You must be of legal age, provide valid information, protect your credentials and keep access to your email current. You are responsible for record accuracy and for having authority to enter a child's information.
4. Invited caregivers
The person sending an invitation must ensure the recipient is authorized to access the profile. Invited caregivers may view or add shared information; review granted access and notify us of unauthorized use.
5. Permitted use
You may not access another person's account, disrupt the service, add unlawful content, use it to harm a child, or exploit the app through automated or fraudulent means.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Baby Tracking offers free features and optional premium features through subscriptions. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play, with technical management supported by RevenueCat. Payment, renewal, cancellation and any refunds are primarily governed by the terms of the relevant platform. Unless you cancel before the renewal date from within the store, the subscription renews automatically for equivalent periods. Deleting your Baby Tracking account does not by itself cancel a subscription purchased in a store: you must also cancel it from your Apple or Google account.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be corrected, updated or changed for technical, security or legal reasons.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its visual identity, code and proprietary content belong to Walking LLC or its licensors. Users retain applicable rights in information they enter and grant the permission needed to process it solely to provide the service.
9. Suspension and deletion
We may restrict an account for unlawful use, security risks or serious breaches. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Baby Tracking and Walking LLC are not responsible for medical decisions based solely on the app, inaccurate user-entered records or losses caused by access granted by the account holder. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia (United States), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply based on the user's country of residence. Contact [email protected] with questions.
